CSR takes part in the World 10K in Bangalore

This year’s World 10K road running race took place on 27th May 2012 in the Garden City of India, Bengaluru. The race typically attracts more than 21 thousands runners across various disciplines. CSR India has been participating in the Open 10K since 2008. This year, despite missing CSR’s ex-champion John Mudie, 78 CSR runners took part.
Many of our runners achieved personal best timings, so congratulations to them and to the top three CSR runners:

First – Sumanta Pattanayak: 00:56:47
Second – Kiran Gowda: 00:58:34
Third – Charan Mohandharmappa: 01:01:53

Prabhashankar Shastry, CSR India’s new general manager, really encouraged all the employees to take part in the race and those that did join in really appreciated his support at the finishing line.

Thirunavukkarasu Ramasamy from the Wi-Fi Applications group would like to say a huge thank you on behalf of all the runners to volunteers Thiru, Rahul and Adesh who helped to make this event a great success.
