CSR provides comprehensive hardware/software development support for BlueVOX Flash in the form of a powerful development board and software development kit:

BV-001-3A development kit: a development board including all hardware needed to start developing headsets based on BlueVOX Flash. The board connects to a PC via SPI for communications and firmware download. A comprehensive selection of interfaces provide great flexibility of development.
Users also need to purchase the BlueLab software development kit (SDK).
(Developers who already own an earlier version of BlueLab can download the latest version of the headset software freely via www.csrsupport.com)

BlueLab HSv5 SDK (software development kit): providing comprehensive software development support for BlueVOX Flash's onchip RISC microcontroller, allowing highly cost-effective hostless single-chip Bluetooth solutions to be created. Provides the upper (above HCI) layers of the stack and the relevant Profiles that can be called by applications (Headset including Handsfree 1.5).
To assist developers even further, the SDK includes source code for CSR's headset software (HSv5*). This software has been extensively tested with more than 55 popular Bluetooth phones, and CSR will provide a full test report to developers on request.
*Among its features are support for Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR, eSCO, and the Handsfree 1.5 Profile. Other features include: support for the onchip wind noise reduction filter; customer-specific ringtones; 3-way calling; sidetone generation; and auto reconnect after link loss and power down. This broad functionality enables designers to achieve a low cost headset without compromising audio quality or user experience. For example, the wind noise reduction filter supports use even in noisy environments, and the addition of sidetone gives a more natural user experience by feeding back a small amount of the user's voice into the speaker.
DEV-PC-1541C reference design: BlueLab SDK purchasers get access to a free reference design for providing a very cost-effective solution for the mono headset market. This comes with a detailed explanatory document which details the design, plus full PCB layout files, providing users with a good starting point for their own designs.
BlueVOX Flash: similar economy to ROM - but with the flexibility of Flash
