Text-To-Speech [TTS] is already available from CSR as a reference design known as RoadRunner Plug-n-Talk. Text-to-Speech provides the user with Caller ID [number or name of the caller], device status [e.g. phone battery low, call failed, network okay] and a pairing guide [enter pin code 1234].
