GNSS encompasses multiple satellites systems from the US (GPS), Europe (Galileo), Russia (GLONASS) and China (COMPASS) as well as regional augmentation systems such as WAAS, EGNOS, QZSS and MSAS. The SiRFstar®, SiRFprima® and SiRFatlas® chipset families enable a wide range of location-based services and functionality in wide range of mobile devices. These platforms provide best in class location technology that are optimized for automotive, mobile internet devices, cameras, mobile phones, tracking systems and other applications. These platforms combine leading edge silicon with numerous software options which provide consumer-focused location experience par excellence. CSR’s GNSS solutions offer fast and accurate location fixes in a variety of environments from urban canyons to indoor structures, with low power consumption. By combining leading-edge GNSS with other location determination methods such as MEMS and Wi-Fi®, CSR offers a complete hybrid location solution for all applications.
