BlueCore RoadRunner TouchLITE Development Kit

RoadRunner TouchLITE is a self contained Bluetooth Remote Control Development Kit.

Based on CSR’s widely industry proven BlueCore4-External chip, the BlueCore TouchLITE development kit comes complete with an easy-to-use, fully documented hardware example design, Bluetooth stack, Bluetooth profile suite, and Bluetooth v2.1 example application software.

The example application running on CSR’s BlueLab development environment allows users to customise the software features and/or user interface to meet their own specific product requirements using the BlueCore TouchLITE software as a base for this effort. BlueLab is a fully integrated development environment for engineers writing software to run on CSR chips and includes all necessary libraries and production firmware for rapid product development.

The BlueCore4-External industrial version can be replaced with the AEC-Q100 qualified BlueCore4-Flash Plug-n-Go chip for automotive embedded products.

BlueTunes2 Development Kit

The BlueTunes2 development kit contains everything for rapid evaluation and development of Bluetooth stereo and mono audio applications. It is based on CSR’s single chip Bluetooth audio solution: BlueCore5-Multimedia. The BC5-MM chip offers best in class performance with an integrated 64 MIPS DSP, audio codec, SMPS, battery charger and Bluetooth radio, thereby enabling advanced and ultra-compact stereo and mono headset solutions with less than 50 external components. Users can start evaluating straight away as the BlueTunes2 kit (Based on the BC5 MM development board) comes pre-loaded with stereo headset application software, including CVC echo and noise cancellation.
